Nada

Hoje vai ser em português porque estou morrendo de sono...

Passei o dia em casa estudando! Sim, fiquei fazendo a tarefa que tenho que entregar domingo (era para ser na sexta mas, como o professor atrasou umas informações, ele mudou pro domingo). O legal que aconteceu durante o dia foi que o Joseph (Homestay-father) também estava em casa e fez para ele um macarrão. Daí ele passou no meu quarto e disse que tinha um pouco de macarrão caso eu quisesse almoçar... Claro que não recusei (estou sem comida congelada!).

De tarde fui para a Wave para ver se eles já tinham os novos horários para as próximas duas semanas. Cheguei lá eram umas 16hs, e eles disseram que estavam fazendo/montando. Saí de lá às 17hs, e nada! Santa Tarah, que estava no turno da noite de hoje, disse que assim que saísse o cronograma, ela me mandaria uma mensagem!

Fui para o curso. Hoje foi bem chatinho, mas teve uma coisa legal: estavam todos “contribuindo” para fazer uma tarefa lá, e eu fiz um comentário bem baixinho, para minha querida Karen – a moça que fica do meu lado e me ajuda bastante. Ela ouviu e disse que eu devia falar mais alto. Acontece que o professor também estava perto na hora, e ele falou: “você devia falar mais alto, você tem boas colocações/idéias” e Karen concordou... Fiquei toda orgulhosa!

Quando o curso acabou, peguei minha querida carona com o Jeff para o Metrotown. No caminho, Santa Tarah mandou a mensagem: o pessoal não tinha divulgado os horários! Vocês acreditam?!!? Fiquei arrasada...

Ramon: Pois é! Algumas cenas tinham os efeitos, mas outras não! Algumas vezes que eu tirei os óculos realmente ficava borrado, o que queria dizer que naquela cena tinha “efeito”, mas muitas outras vezes não tinha diferença! Por isso me chamou atenção e eu resolvi comentar no blog! Mas o filme é mega fofo! Setembro?!!? Quer dizer que eu estarei aí quando estrear?!?! Rsrsrs Vou levar Peu e Maria Clara!

Danis: Comprou blusa pra vc??!!? HAHAHA, ninguém merece... Quer dizer que não comprou nada pra ele?!?! Ou melhor, o presente dele será “você”!?!?! Rsrsrs, convenhamos, não tem presente melhor! Sim, Skype é bem romântico... Ninguém merece... rsrsrsr Hum... Quando eu chegar no Brasil terei VÁRIAS contas pra pagar!! Será meio complicado, rsrsrsrs Beijos!!! Saudades!!

Dinner

Today I woke up felling “home sick”. I didn’t want to study, to do anything. So I decided to do my laundry, sweep my bedroom’s floor and talk with Dan and Mon on the Skype.

Around 12pm I went to Metrotown, I wanted to cash my check. I went to the first Vancity bank (my check bank). They told me they don’t do any kind of money transition, that I should go to the other bank. So I walked for 30 minutes and got the other Vancity. I got there and spent only 5 minutes in the line! When I got to the cashier, first the woman said that I couldn’t cash it because I don’t have any BC ID (Canadian Identity). After a while, the manager told us that I could cash it with my passport! But I had to pay a fee, $5,00, because I don’t have a bank account…

After the bank I went to the cinema. I watched “UP 3D”, the new Disney animation movie. It is really nice, but it wasn’t a really 3D movie… I mean, it doesn’t have many effects that really use the 3D technology… I took off my glasses and the image was the same!

Anyway, when the movie finished I went to Downtown to meet my “Canadian Family”. Why? Well, I received my first payment, so I need to buy a dinner to my family, right? So, Val, Vini, Hugo, Rômulo, Carol and I went to Pizza Hut!! I bought the pizzas and they paid for the drinks! After that Vini, Val and I went to Red Robin for the wonderful big dessert! While we were there, waint for the cake, guess who we called for?!?! Pri!!! Yep, that is right, Priscila, who is already back in Brazil!! It wass funny, because she didn’t recognize us!! Then I went home!

Ninha: Weel, at least today was different: events AND comments!! Yes!! I know that you don’t usually comment but you read my blog! Thank you for that! ;-) Yes, there is the “hour-money”, which I receive every two weeks, and the tips! But the tips are different, I mean, there is a big cup by the cash register, and some people put some coins in that! Miss you!! Luv!!!

Danis: Also in English!! Yes!! ;-) And from two people who already lived in another countries, different than “mine”! Don’t be sorry about it, really! So, what did you buy for Marcelo?!? Well, I also have an appointment for the Brazilian Valentine’s Day: meet Dan on the Skype! So romantic! Rsrsrsrs I never tried the Mocha cream, but I don’t like coffee, so I think I wouldn’t like it… Yes, I also earn tips! Isn’t great? Miss you a lot!!

Nothing!!

Nothing happened today, so I will try to write in English!

During the morning I woke up early because I wanted try to cash my money! So I had breakfast, did some things in the computer, and went to Metrotown. When I got there, there was only one bank. I couldn’t cash it because I don’t have bank account… So tomorrow I will try to cash it in the check’s bank…

In the work, nothing really happened. But I took some pictures from the food, and I will put one of them here! At the course, same thing: nothing happened.

In my homestay, something nice: while I was eating, Lily (my homestay mother) waited for me! We talked about a lot of different things, which was really nice!
